Welcome to Premiere Copilot, a software plugin suite designed to enhance your editing experience within Adobe Premiere Pro & Davinci Resolve
By installing or using Premiere Copilot (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Software.
License
Premiere Copilot is licensed, not sold. By purchasing or activating the Software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use it on a limited number of devices.
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
Share, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties.
Premiere Copilot will do all the necessary to pursue by law users and engineers of any modified copies.
Local Execution & Privacy
Premiere Copilot operates entirely on your local machine. By default:
No media files are uploaded to the cloud.
All video, audio, and project data stay on your computer.
Optional online features (e.g., AI services) are only triggered with your consent.
For AI-powered features (Video Generation, AutoEdit, Deep Research), data (frames from you rushes & transcriptions) may be temporarily sent to third-party APIs (OpenAI, Flux, Groc, Google, Runway ).
These services are governed by their own privacy policies. Do not use these features with sensitive content. Premiere Copilot act as an intermediate and is not responsible of the acts and uses of these company.
AI-Generated Content
Premiere Copilot includes features that use artificial intelligence to:
Analyze and tag clips
Generate video and images
Transcribe and structure dialogue
Suggest or assemble edits
Generated content may not be 100% accurate or free of bias. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before publishing.
Updates and Features
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features from time to time. Updates may:
Be installed automatically or manually
Require internet access for feature enhancement
Include third-party improvements (e.g., AI model upgrades)
User Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for:
The legality of your content
Obtaining rights to all assets used in your edits
Complying with export and copyright laws
Backing up your Premiere Pro projects before using automation tools
Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may be gated behind a paid plan. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:
Recurring billing (unless cancelled)
Maintaining an active license to access premium features
No refund policy except in cases of proven technical failure*

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premiere Copilot and its creators are not liable for:
Loss of data or corrupted projects
Malfunction due to third-party updates (e.g. Adobe changes)
Unintended edits or exports caused by automation
Use at your own risk. Always test workflows in a controlled environment.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if:
You violate these Terms
You attempt to tamper with or misuse the Software
You distribute unauthorized copies
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Paris.
